1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
  • Returned in its original packaging with all accessories and tags included
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Items Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns for the following:

  • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect or normal wear and tear
  • Personalized, custom-made or special-order products
  • Gift cards (if applicable)
  • Intimate or hygienic items (for health and safety reasons)

2. The Return Process (Step-by-Step)

Step 1: Contact Our Support Team

To begin a return, please contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your order.

Step 2: Receive a Return Authorization

Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and clear instructions on where to ship your return.

Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Securely pack your item in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided by our support team.

3. Refunds (Including Cash on Delivery Orders)

Once your returned item is received and inspected we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved your refund will be processed as follows:

A) Standard Refunds (Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, etc.)

Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

B) Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Due to the nature of COD payments, refunds cannot be issued in cash.
You can choose one of the following refund methods:

  1. Store Credit: Quickest method a digital credit applied to your Maxeen account for future purchases.
  2. Bank Transfer: Refund sent directly to your bank account (requires Account Holder Name, Account Number, and Routing Number).
    Please allow additional time for bank transfers to complete.

4. Return Window

All return requests must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
Requests submitted after this window will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved a prepaid return shipping label will be emailed to you for convenience.

5. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you wish to exchange your product for the same item please contact our support team using the details below.

6. Return Shipping Costs & Lost Packages

You are not responsible for the cost of shipping your return item to us.
All Maxeen return shipments are insured against loss or damage during transit for your peace of mind.
