1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM (ET) will be processed on the next business day.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Once your order is confirmed you will receive an email notification with your order summary and shipping updates.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timelines
When your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier details.
Estimated delivery times within the United States:
- Shipping Time: 3–5 business days
- Total Estimated Delivery: 4–7 business days
Note: These delivery estimates are provided by our shipping partners (USPS, UPS, FedEx) and may vary due to weather, carrier delays or peak season demand.
3. Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping: Free for all orders within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
- We do not currently offer international shipping outside the US
4. Payment Methods
At Maxeen, we provide secure and convenient payment options for all customers:
- Credit / Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover)
- PayPal
- Cash on Delivery (COD) – available in most regions within the United States
For Cash on Delivery orders:
- A Maxeen representative will confirm your order by phone before dispatch.
- Payment must be made in cash directly to the delivery driver at the time of delivery.
All transactions are processed securely. Maxeen does not store full credit or debit card information at any stage.
5. Order Tracking
- We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
- Once shipped your tracking number will be sent to your registered email.
- You can track your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.
- All shipments are insured against loss or damage during transit.
6. Delivery Problems
If there are any issues with your order please notify our support team promptly:
- Wrong or Damaged Items: Must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
- Missing Packages: Contact us if your order has not arrived within 10 business days from the shipping date.
Our team will investigate and work quickly to resolve the issue or arrange a replacement.
7. Order Edits & Cancellations
You may edit or cancel your order within 24 hours of placement.
After this time frame, your order may already be in the shipping process and will fall under our Return & Refund Policy.
